VEGETABLE DOSA TOAST RECIPE

I have already posted French dosa toast in here but wanted to redo do it with some veggies in this toast. This is one quick and interest idea for breakfast , as many tend to get bored with the same old Dosa isn’t it. I make dosa toast often and adding veggies made it more yummier. This is the south indian version of french toast which can be prepared in minutes and taste Like a paniyaram , seriously when I made the first time h said that it tastes just like paniyaram .
