This Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Casserole is a favorite around our house. It’s a close second to our Ham, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Casserole. It’s basically the same recipe, but with sausage. You can make this sausage breakfast casserole overnight. It’s perfect for holiday breakfasts because you can prep it the night before, stick it in the refrigerator, and then just bake it in the morning. It’s also a great brunch breakfast casserole.
